Finalmente
chegamos ao verdadeiro ponto desta minha aventura, o tratamento.
Para dar
inÃcio a esta fase tive de esperar 28 dias desde a última vez que tinha feito
depilação a cera. Segundo as técnicas da FreshLook este é o tempo mÃnimo necessário para
o crescimento do pelo, tempo que deve ser respeitado para que o tratamento seja
o mais eficaz possÃvel.
Optei por
fazer depilação nas zonas mais comuns perna completa, axila, virilha e buço (o
bigode na mulher está fora de moda :P). Apesar de não gostar de pelos não quero
ficar completamente pelada além do mais gosto da ver o pelo arrepiado no braço
(de sábio a louco todos nós temos um pouco).
Antes de
aplicarmos o laser a pele deve estar limpa e sem pelos, procedimento que é
efetuado pelas atenciosas técnicas da FreshLook. As tatuagens e sinais são
tampados e é evitado o contacto direto do laser com a tatuagem pois o laser
pode esborratar o desenho e nós não queremos isso.
Agora aquilo
que queremos saber, dói ou não dói?
Senti um
pouco de desconforto na zona da virilha o que é normal por ser uma zona muito
sensÃvel. Mas analisando a situação e comparando com a depilação a cera, a dor
é bem menor e perfeitamente suportável. Este ligeiro desconforto só é sentido
quando é aplicado um disparo para uma zona ou pelo especÃfico. O resto do
tratamento o laser é aplicado em vai-e-vem como se de uma massagem se trata-se,
ou seja, não há dor.
Agora é
seguir à risca as indicações das técnicas, esperar pela próxima consulta e
verificar a evolução do tratamento.

Finally we have reached the real point off my
adventure, the treatment.
To initiate this phase I had to wait 28 days since the
last time I have been waxing. According to the techniques of FreshLook this is
the minimum time it is needed for hair growth, time that should be respected
for the treatment to be as effective as possible.
I choose to do hair removal in the most common areas. Complete
leg, armpit, groin and upper lip (moustache in women is out of fashion: P).
Despite not liking it, I do not want to get completely hair naked, besides I
love to feel the goose bumps on the arm (from wise to crazy we all have a bit).
Before applying the laser in the skin it should be
clean and hairless, a procedure that is performed by the thoughtful techniques
of FreshLook. Tattoos and signs are capped and it´s avoided direct contact with
the laser tattoo because the laser can smudge the design and we do not want
that.
Now what do we want to know? Does it hurts or does it not
hurt?
I felt a little discomfort in the groin area which is
normal to be a very sensitive area. But analysing the situation and comparing
it with the waxing, the pain is much smaller and perfectly bearable. This
slight discomfort is felt only when they trigger for a zone or at specific
applied. The rest of the processing laser is applied in to a come and go
feeling just like a massage, with no pain.
Now it is just needed to follow the instructions of
the technical and wait for the next visit to check the progress of treatment.
